Resumo: Our mission is to create an inspiring international environment in order to promote participation in lifelong learning and effective implementation of competences on the way of personal development in the global world. Our most important task is to make young and grown-up people believe in their own capabilities.

Our objectives are:
- young people have developed key competences: communication in the mother tongue and communication in foreign languages, mathematical competence and basic competences in science and technology, digital competence, learning to learn, social and civic competence, sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, Cultural awareness and expression.
- young people make career decisions based on their competences and experiences;
- young people have developed intercultural competence and use opportunities of international experience both on local and international level. We contribute to development of learning community.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will contribute to the organisation through the following tasks and activities:
- assist in Youth specific ART project, Countdown to Zero initiative etc;
- write articles, help with content of the Narvamus magazine;
- lead volunteers TikTok account, making videos with other volunteers;
- write blog, make photos and videos, posters, prepare live streams, podcast;
- assist with art and handicraft activities, help with decorations and making souvenirs & gifts;
- participate in & organise information, educational and cultural events for young people;
- learning reflection: learning diary;
- working on personal project related with sustainable life;
- preparing the community learning festival Everyone is learning Volunteer will be encouraged to integrate into the project their own ideas, experience and creativity. The specific program will be made in cooperation with the volunteer based on his/her competences and interests and organization´s goals.
