Resumo: The foundation was created to support the youth work in the Region and develop various projects connected to human rights, promotion of tolerance, voluntary service, support of local democracy, spreading information about programmes and possibilities for the development of youth and adults. One of the main aims is working on the civic attitudes of young people. The foundation is a regional organization that focuses on international work with young people, including youth exchanges, voluntary service and youth initiatives. We also cooperate with South Eastern Europe and EECA countries.

The main aims of the Foundation are:
- to promote international co-operation and understanding between young people from different countries and different cultures,
- to provide young people with the opportunity to gain international experience for their personal and professional development,
- making young people aware of their cultural heritage, as the base of their awareness,
- to develop regional, national and European consciousness of young people,
- promotion of volunteering- local and international, as a way towards active citizenship,
- promoting of international co-operation and understanding among young people from different countries and cultures,
- to support interest of young people in historical and political reality in Europe,
- to encourage involvement of young people in cultural initiatives,
- to promote Poland and the region in Europe.

Target groups – mainly youth, but also children, seniors, support workers (teachers, youth workers, etc)

The main profiles of our Association are:
- international youth exchanges, e.g. artistic and educational workshops,
- voluntary service - national and international field,
- international internships,
- cultural events,
- civil and democracy education - cooperation with youth councils in the region,
- conferences, trainings and seminars for young leaders and youth workers.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Essential experience with a kids and / or with a sociaol problems. We would like to also wery welcome those, who are after psychologiy or pedagogical school.

Tarefas: The main goal of the Foundation is comprehensive support for families and children. One of the most recognizable activities are two day support centers that have been successfully carried out for 10 years - OAZA and NARNIA community centers providing daytime support for school-age youth, with particular emphasis on people at risk of falling out of the education system. Working with children and young people allows you to shape attitudes from an early age, as well as an opportunity to establish contact and, if necessary, provide them with the necessary support. The facilities are open every day from Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm. Classes are conducted by a tutor, psychologist and instructors, specialists in theater and dance classes.
