Its main activity is the coordination and volunteer management in international workcamps (annually it sends about 600 young Catalans to international projects, and hosts more than 300 young people in Catalonia) but also organizes activities associated with this mission: trainings, promotion of long-term volunteering, participation in international seminars, work and international representation of our territory and their projects in European and international networks.

The hosting organization is a member of the European Network Alliance and is part of their working group Access 4 All (social inclusion). It is also a member of CCIVS (Coordination Comitee of International Voluntary Service), a platform of Intenational Voluntary Service linked to Unesco.Workcamps are concieved by the organization and its member organizations as a tool for personal development of young people through non-formal education, to develop intercultural connections and to promote solidarity.

The impact of the workcamps also contributes to the development of the local hosting communities. Our target group are young people living in Catalonia, and young people around the world who come as volunteers. On the other hand, local organizations that organize workcamps and the local communities that host workcamps may also be considered a target group of our projects.
