Resumo: The foundation was created to support the youth work in the Region and develop various projects connected to human rights, promotion of tolerance, voluntary service, support of local democracy, spreading information about programmes and possibilities for the development of youth and adults. One of the main aims is working on the civic attitudes of young people.

The foundation is a regional organization that focuses on international work with young people, including youth exchanges, voluntary service and youth initiatives. We also cooperate with South Eastern Europe and EECA countries.
The main aims of the Foundation are:
- to promote international co-operation and understanding between young people from different countries and different cultures,
- to provide young people with the opportunity to gain international experience for their personal and professional development,
- making young people aware of their cultural heritage, as the base of their awareness,
- to develop regional, national and European consciousness of young people,
- promotion of volunteering- local and international, as a way towards active citizenship,
- promoting of international co-operation and understanding among young people from different countries and cultures,
- to support interest of young people in historical and political reality in Europe,
- to encourage involvement of young people in cultural initiatives,
- to promote Poland and the Opole region in Europe.

Target groups – mainly youth, but also children, seniors, support workers (teachers, youth workers, etc)

The main profiles of our Association are:
- international youth exchanges, e.g. artistic and educational workshops,
- voluntary service - national and international field,
- international internships,
- cultural events,
- civil and democracy education - cooperation with youth councils in the region,
- conferences, trainings and seminars for young leaders and youth workers.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are primarily looking for motivated young people willing to create a positive attitude of a person involved in local affairs, expressing solidarity. The project involves the participation of volunteers with fewer opportunities, due to economic, social and geographical issues. Good if have any previous experience to work with kids - private or professional.

Tarefas: As part of volunteering, volunteers will cooperate with educators in the implementation of:
- activities developing children's passions and interests in the mathematical, natural and language fields;
- sports activities;
- additional music, art, technical and culinary activities.
Supporting children with special needs. In addition, he will run thematic workshops, language classes, games for children and young people. An important element will be to conduct a diagnosis of needs and implement own mini-projects for the benefit of the local community, involving local fashion in these activities. The schedule of activities during the sample week during the mobility of the volunteer includes: - regular evaluations, concerning the course of activities and the learning process.
