Resumo: The host organization was founded in 1994 by the youth of the region that was interested in European integration, social activities and local democracy. The organization was registered as an association in 1995.Currently, The organization is an independent non-governmental and non-profit organization which aims at implementing different projects for youngsters. The organization is both active at local, national, European and intercontinental level. The general aim of organization is to spread the impact of its projects beyond Poland's border.
Perfil: Age: 18-30
Tarefas: We are planning to have volunteer support in art and sport lessons for the youngest students.
The volunteer:
- will take part in preparing our school newspaper which is partly edited in English,
- will help organize trips for children by school club called BFK (Community of Brother Shirt),
- will share his/her customs, culture, tradition of his/her country,
- will help to organize additional competitions, games and quizzes after classes for pupils,
- will help to organize extra classes according to their interests for junior high students and high school students,
- will be an active participant of project carried out by our school’
- will help in the leader seminar call YouthMaSter – Development Academy,
- will help to organize after school activity for pupils in different ages,
The volunteer might contribute to
- Art workshops taking place once a month where the students make different pieces of work created in different techniques and tools,
- Dancing workshops of junior high students lasting five days and including designing special clothes and make –up
- Jewish Week-project devoted to Jewish culture, history, traditions and Jewish cemeteries, preparing national dishes, learning their songs and dances.
- Hosting Danish students in our school.
- Polish Table project, connected with Polish customs and traditions from different centuries according to Polish literature.
- Coordinating the project of Polish, Czech and German students carried out by the school computer club called NET.
- Organizing 4 trips for the youth from our town (in autumn, spring, summer and winter) and our school clubs .
- Preparing artistic cafes where our students can present their abilities, skills and introducing famous people.
- Project for the youngest children called On The Small Feet Into The High Mountains, connected with hiking the local mountains.
