Resumo: We have set up an official NGO to bring our visions together and make it real together with people of same interest and various experience.
We aim to create and open culture-educational space in countryside in a place where people from different enviroments, countries and cultures can meet locals, and get to know each other . Our educational programs and practical workshops and culture events will also bring benefit into local comunity - village. Reviving and development of czech-germans cooperation with regards to history of our region.

Our aims are to rebuild a traditional farm homestead into energy-selfsuficient house and maintain surrounded land, meadows and orchards and the whole site as an eco-farm based on permaculture principles.
There are three main topic-areas we are focused on and participants will get practical experiences in:

1, eco farming - creation and maintanance of vegetable and herbal gardens, fruit orchards. Seeds preservation. Food self-sufficiency.
2, hand-crafts - art-joinery, traditional carpentry, pottery manufacture, clay plastering.
3, community and culture - organising of seminars, workshops and culture events either at NGO centre or in village. Team work with other volunteers and visitors.

Our target group is people who take care of their environment and look for ways to live a self-sufficient life - be in in the area of energy, food production, wellness, creativity, happiness. This can be people of all ages and races.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Generally, the volunteer is expected to be open-minded, empathetic and curious about people passing via our NGO and be enthusiastic ecologist keen to learn more about organic farming, self-sufficient way of farming and way of life in the Czech countryside. The knowledge of basic English is required. Any craft skills are very welcomed, as well as communication skills. However, the staff will provide every volunteer with full support in order to ensure that the volunteer overcomes all kinds of difficulties.

Tarefas: 1 gardening - creating and maintenance of vegetable and herbal gardens, fruit orchards, seed harvesting and food preservation.
2 hand-crafts - wood work, traditional carpentry, advanced joinery and music instruments crafting, building of structures, maintenance of homestead, energy-saving technologies.
3 community and culture - organizing seminars, workshops and culture events either at NGO center or in the village. Team work with other volunteers and visitors, organizing activities during team volunteering.
