Resumo: The hosting organization was founded in 2015 in the center. It is a non-profit feminist association whose objective is to implement, disseminate and develop feminist theory, in the local context.

The work of the association can be divided into four areas:

1. Intervention, 2. Prevention, 3. Awareness and 4. Research / training

The target group of intervention activities are people who suffer from gender violence, to whom comprehensive support is provided, both in group and individual form based on three pillars of feminist theory: sorority, autonomy and empowerment . The majority of the members of these activities are titled mothers of single parents. The activities are diverse, from health, wellness, self-knowledge workshops, to motivation and study, yoga, theater, crafts.

The target group of prevention activities are people who could potentially suffer gender violence. These people are reached on the one hand, through the people who are in the support groups, who become contact people in their neighborhood and through specific talks to this group about romantic love and role building and gender stereotypes.

The target group of awareness activities is the general population, especially mothers, fathers and educators. In two annual conferences, one in November (day against gender violence) and another in May (women's day) is sensitized on the construction of gender roles and stereotypes through a mix of activities, from workshops, to talks, concerts, storytelling, book markets etc.

The target group of the research / training activities are working people with groups victims of gender violence and interested students. A training of one and a half a month is organized, consisting of a theoretical and practical talk. The theme of training is how to improve our intervention, applying feminist theory to practice. A space for debate and internal development is also sought.
