Resumo: This is a voluntary program to support the Association to: activate youth participation and facilitate youth aggregation, the volunteers will be actively involved in the development of the project as active members.

Perfil: This project can host 3 volunteers between 18 -30 years old, from European countries, and one volunteer from an extra EU country. The group will be composed in order to respect gender balance. The volunteer needs to be interested to live a full and intense 8 months of volunteer experience in a rural area, have a basic knowledge of English.
REQUIRED: Drive license and if possible personal CAR (at least one volunteer)

Tarefas: YOUTH ANIMATION: Create workshops for peers and children, actions to include volunteers to the community,
SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER: Take care of social media management, organizing posts, taking photos, creating videos, posting content, managing voluntary blogs and managing website updates and info.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT: Manage file and dossier, answer to emails, support volunteers selection process, create info package and documents for dissemination and partner cooperation.
OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES AND WORKS: Manual works, renovation and reconstruction, building care and maintenance, logistics.
The volunteer experience is a long-term process of learning to experiment, put in action, stretch the comfort zone.

Condições: Volunteers will be located in a shared apartment base in the village, the house will be not furnished with wifi but they could manage to have a connection with keys or sim traffic with mobile, moreover, in our office that is a Hostel, we have a free connection and other hotspots around. The volunteers receive a monthly pocket and food money of 280€ to self-manage food, all the hosting charges will be covered by the project. Lunch during work time will be managed within the organization to learn to cook for the group and take care of the others.
