Resumo: Kindergarten is for preschool children to provide basic education and day-care. It is a multicultural kindergarten dedicated to teaching Estonian language. The learning process is done in a playful way. The kindergarten offers sport related activities, dance lessons, art classes, a possibility to learn English, musical education etc. It also has a swimming pool to teach swimming.
The kindergarten has 11 children groups. Three of them are nursery groups (children up to age 3) and other 8 groups are for children between the age of 3 and 6; the group consists of kids of similar ages. In every group there are 3 staff members: normally 2 teachers and an assistant; in the nursery group there is a teacher, a support teacher and an assistant. All together there are 40 employees.

- Is active and creative
- Between ages 18-30
- Prepared physically and mentally to work with young children
- Able to communicate children with different cultural backgrounds.
- It is very positive if volunteer can speak Russian (in addition to English), because the kindergarten has many children, employees and parents whose mother tongue is Russian. Russian language skills are not a must.
Tarefas: Volunteer will have the chance to get to know and take part in kindergarten everyday work and projects. The main tasks for the volunteers are to instruct children, help them if needed, play with them and help with organizing events
