Resumo: The Foundation was registered in 2004 and accredited as an EVS organization in 2011. At present we are actively involving international volunteers in numerous programmes for disadvantaged children and youngsters. Our aim is to promote the active citizenship and positive multicultural outlook of young people with projects in the field of non-formal and informal learning, language competence and youth entrepreneurship. We have a large network of young volunteers. Some of our highest impact campaigns are fund-raising for charity - up to now we have refurbished and made more lively and attractive children playrooms in local hospitals and supported the equipment of centres for young and elderly people in risk.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
female

Tarefas: The volunteer will be based in the lively tourist sea city and will be working in an international team of fluent English speakers.
The volunteer will assist the animation and non-formal education activities in three daily centres for young people with mental disabilities and will work with an active group of local volunteers organising cultural. ecological and children animation events both outdoors and indoors.

Condições: The travel limit for both directions that will be reimbursed is 275 euro. At the beginning of each month the volunteer will receive 100 euro individual support and 120 euro for food expenses. All local transport and accommodation expenses will be fully covered by the project.

The volunteer will live in a shared flat with other volunteers from Poland and will share a bedroom with one other same gender volunteer.
