The Youth Centre is the one that is located in biggest disctrict of Estonia. Our district's population is about 118005 people, 20441 of whom are youngsters.
Our youth centre is a second home for young people aged 7–26. Our moto is Youth for the Future and in general we provide diverse free time spending opportunities and also we have different activities, events, courses, projects that are designed for young people of different ages, taking into account their needs, interests and oppportunities to develop and do something interesting.

Main activities: free events, workshops and projects for youth (7–26 years old); courses and summer camps; participation in cultural activities.
Our main interest in hosting a volunteer is the fact that we would like to provide opportunities for local youngsters, focusing on non-formal education methods, help them to develop their foreign language and communication skills and increase their intercultural awareness. Also by inviting a volunteer to our team we would love to support volunteering in general and as well show our youngsters how great opportunity it is, to inspire them to be volunteers in future on their own because we think that volunteering turns our world into a better place.

On a daily basis, our main visitors are kids aged 7–13 (mostly Russianspeaking because there live a lot of families with such cultural background in our districts), youngsters 14+ mostly take part in specific events, projects and workshops.
Our team has multisided knowledge, bright personality. We believe that together we can create something really outstanding and interesting for our local youngsters. We also support idea of collaboration with other youth centers and organizations of our city, so there are really a lot of opportunities of self-development and making input into these creative process of doing something interesting for younger generation.

In our daily work we are using different innovative approaches (such as quests, workshops, youth projects that develop 21 century skills and digital competences. There is always a possibility to try yourself as social media activist in our youth center.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - carrying out English language cafes for youth (speaking practice through different non-formal methods of education);
- organizing Multi-Culti cultural events monthly or just some workshops that will give overview of different cultures (active cultural evenings - quizzes, games, dances);
- organizing activities and games for kids who visit our youth centre every day (age 7–13);
- helping with organizing different events and activities;
- helping with writing, managing and implementing local projects;
- initiating other activities (if there are any good ideas).
