Resumo: Project is focused on non formal education with a combination of different activities in order for participants to gain knowledge and to be able to share and express their views, experiences and opinions related to the project’s theme, but also to deepen their understanding about theimportance of environment, different cultures as a resource for enhancing social and personal skills.

Project is providing youngsters with fewer possibilities an opportunity for participating in an interesting project in another country by involving them in various activities which have the goal to make positive impact on volunteers, as well as to give them possibility to work in multicultural environment, to foster social cohesion, be aware of European citizenship and their rights, foster their creativity and different skills, in order to prepare them for the future life and labour market. All activities and tasks will be in agreement with volunteers. Our aim is to establish good contact with volunteers, in order to understand better volunteers own needs. They will be treated equally as our own members and local volunteers.
Volunteers are welcomed to suggest their own project, activity or workshop to implement it alone or with our members or local volunteers.

Perfil: We are always open to all volunteers without any prejudice, giving them opportunity to work in team and individual. Volunteers should have a mature, open-hearted personality.They should believe in and enjoy working with and for young people because this is the major type of person they will be working for and with. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, self-reliant, responsible, tolerant and open-minded volunteers.

Volunteers should be:
*age 18 – 30
*mature to work and to relate to other young people with fewer opportunities and willing to develop activities with sense of responsibility
*willing to share his/her experience and culture
*have good knowledge of english language
*be ready to accept challenges
*autonomus but also willing to work in the group
*be ready for the harder manual work in the summer camp
*willing to share the space of living with other volunteers
*able to organize his/her own free time
*....

Tarefas: Tasks are divided by months:
Starting from September and October volunteers will be helping with cleaning and deconstructing the summer camp, help with ideas for upcoming campaigns and for implemeting Time to move activities. In November, December and January volunteers will help in implementation of the youth activites (holding workshops, digital work, research, help with writting projects, implementing different youth activites in the local community).
Apart from that, the tasks will also be focused on doing different graphic designs, help with promotional pictures and videos, help with different projects our ngo has with other ngo's in the local community...
The months of February and March will be focused on volunteer personal projects.

Horário: They will be involved from Monday to Friday in the activities for a maximum of 35 weekly hours. Usually weekends will be free. Sometimes,anyway, there will be events that will take place during the weekends, in these cases, volunteers will have day-off during the week.

Condições: The orgnization will provide an appropriate accommodation in a safe environment. Volunteers will be placed in their own flat which they will share with other ESC volunteers and Workaway volunteers.
Volunteers will have sharing rooms, kitchen and other facilities in the flat that is equipped with all necessary things for everyday life. The flat is sitauted in the old town Labin, just 1 minute walking from the ngo office.
Other part, called downtown is just 10 minutes walking from the old town. Although, in the old town there are bars and restaurants, there is just one small shop, so for doing bigger shopping one must go downtown (Lidl, Plodine, Konzum, Jedinstvo...), but we often drive our volunteers to shopping in order to help them.
