Resumo: The principal aim of the asotiation is to raise awareness and create an independent society, responsible and able to form a sustainable, healthy and balanced environment. We pretend to create a live space of coexistence, experiences and learning where to develop different activities of farm, care of domestic animals, creation of the garden based on principles of permaculture, maintenance of seed bank, recycling activities, handmade and artisanal craft workshops, ect.

We think that collaboration and training through practical activities with young people in a rural environment promotes their self-sufficiency, personal development, healthy, sustainable life with possibilities of turning it into employment or creative leisure. We seek roots and origins of the simple and forgotten things.
The target groups are all those people that live in rural areas or those who want to visit the farm, respecting nature, people, animals and plants, and those who want to participate in workshops, activities that are open to different groups.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
Between 18 and 30 years old. Volunteers who are interested and willing to participate in the carrying out of different activities in the rural environment. People with motivation and initiative, regardless of the experience, gender or socio-economic situation of the person, with the eagerness to learn, and giving them a space not only to develop the current agroecological projects, but also to create their own microprojects. It is essential for the volunteer to have a passion for nature and interest in the development of a sustainable rural environment. Able to live with other people.

Tarefas: Project activities include:
- organic garden and food forest maintenance in accordance with permaculture principles
- homemade food crafts
- maintenance of an olive grove
- care of farm animals
- construction activities based on bio-construction criteria
- ornithology activities
- sports activities (hiking, climbing) etc.

Condições: The association will provide accommodation for the volunteers in a small dwelling (made like a typical ancient Extremadura shepherd's house), which both volunteers will share. The house, independent of the main building, has a bedroom, its own bathroom with shower, is fully furnished and has everything needed to ensure an adequate accommodation (kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, etc.), it also has heating for winter and air conditioning for summer. As for the Internet connection, the volunteers will be provided with the code so they can access WiFi in the main building.
