Resumo: The hosting orgnization is a youth organisation which has 20 leaders and 180 participants from 12 to 23 years, as well as children from 2 to 12 years, parents and friends – the total number exceeds 1000 people.
Mission – to assist the youth in finding their way in life to be happy. Leaders from various groups (photographers, artists, volounteers, dancers, actors, journalists, chefs, designers, teachers, project group etc.) form the structure of the organization.

The main methods used in the work with the youth are as follows:
• Children teaching children
• Travelling around the world
• Lifelong learning
• Connecting generations
• Carrying out projects
• Organizing events
• Gaining real life experience

Perfil: Age: 18-30
The organization is a non-formal education centre, youth NGO with a mission to help youth to self-realize their potential, finding their dream occupation and independence. We are looking for easy-going, open-minded, proactive, outdoorsy person who will love to join our team to coordinate international projects!

Tarefas: - creating and managing events, classes, lessons at our Art Studio;
- working in the green department (promoting ecology, sustainability, zero-waste) events, creating new events, bringing new initiatives;
- proposing intercultural activities;
- planning and working also on own individual project/s.
