Resumo: One of our main activities is the association’s theater company. Our repertoire consists of 11 titles, presented on the scenes in Poland and abroad. As artists, we are always searching for new challenges, exploring different artistic areas and always focusing on seeking human nature. To establish a connection with our public is fundamental and we are always looking for creating a full experience for the spectators in a physical and spiritual way.

Our common goal is to work among the community organizing artistic and educational activities in order to develop people’s awareness and to keep the value of culture alive. Through the association and its theater company, we want to promote folk and contemporary polish culture inside and outside the country in both culture dedicated and unofficial spaces. Following this aim, we organize performances, concerts, workshops and events in cooperation with other associations and business entities.
We are focus on creating art and education center for local people and place for volunteers and young people staring their job's carrier. This place is creating by the polish and International team of young people.

Here’s some of our other main activities:
- The organization of International Theater;
- Art education activities for youth groups;
- Consulting and training assistance for professionals; in our head office, we organize artistic residencies where artists can meet and focus on creating and sharing their experiences with each other;
- Voluntary cooperation of local and international breath.

For us is very important to involve local communities in our projects so we are engaged in the organization of workshops and events in collaboration with other associations of the area. Keeping in mind our aim to preserve the uniqueness of the region, we’ve been collaborating for years with the communities, organizing cultural and pro-ecological activities in order to build a cross-border dialogue and to protect our beautiful natural heritage which is the Forest.

With the purpose to spread intercultural dialogue and common creating among locals, beside all the activities described above, we are currently working on the project, a center of artistic and volunteering activity open to everybody who wishes to be part of an enrichment of the area and involve yourself.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We need 1 volunteers who are creative, dynamic, motivated and interested in different kinds of art (especially in theatre, music, new media, project manager, photography, re- and upcycling and renovation activities, bicycles and sports activities): people who can act, with manual skills, who can work with children and teenagers, etc. We are looking for a person not with high skills, but open minded, working with passion and open for new activities. Volunteers should be open to working with flexible schedules and be independent. You will have vopportunity to realize their own personal project.

Tarefas: Are you interested in theatre, music and artistic environment? Do you like sew, create scenery, draw, photograph? Maybe cooking or making caffe and fresh juice? Are you good in social media? Do you want your chance to organize your own event with a cultural association or be part in the creation of a Cultural Hub? If the answer is yes, Do It Together! is the project for you! and we can create new art center together in safety way. We are looking for volunteers to spend 8-10 months working with us and who want to develop and widening their interests. They don't have to have high qualifications, but they need to show that they want to learn new things and active participate in activities of our Association.

Condições: The association is based in Poland, surrounded by a beautiful Forest. Here, volunteers will live together in a flat close to the association office (3 single rooms, one double) and in the rooms in old train station. Shops, supermarkets, the train station and the bus stop can be easly reached by walking. They'll receive the money for food and pocket money at the beginning of every month. The travel at the beginning and the end of the project and eventual costs for visas will be reimbursement.
