Resumo: (physically and mentally disabled kids)
The organization was established in 2012 as a sister organization of Scientific and Research Association for Art, Cultural Educational Programs and Technology in Slovenia for the purpose of creating and developing cultural and educational programs between the two countries as well as the other countries around the world. We are a non-governmental and non-profit organisation.

We have 35 members. We are active on the field of contemporary art, ICT, non-formal education, science, ecology, entrepreneurship, local handicrafts, youth programs and volunteering, especially in EU Youth in Action and Erasmus + programs. We provide non-formal education abroad and in our town with multi-cultural atmosphere for the young people that we are working with.
We send them to European countries to learn in international group of young people such as youth exchanges, training courses for youth and youth volunteering. At the same time we host European young people here in Sinop for youth exchanges about environment, crisis management, leadership skills, volunteering for the disabled people and orator skills. We are also the accredited sending and hosting organization for the European Voluntary Service with 2012-TR-58 reference number. Within EVS we host young volunteers (aged between 18 – 30) in our town for 2 months to work in the rehabilitation center for the mentally and physically disabled people. We also provide traineeship for the university students whose major is SEN. We also organize student exchange programs with different countries. We also work for the disadvantaged women. We provide courses and seminars for them to develop their personal, social and occupational competences.

We also raise awareness on the animal rights. For this reason, we provide volunteering activities for our youth to work in the animal shelter in our town to cook for them and play with the animals that are living in the cages. We also provide sales with our young people for fund raising to buy dog and cat food and medical equipment. We provide young volunteers for Sinopale, the Sinop International Biennial, to assist the artists and curators for their performances.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The tasks of the volunteer: The volunteer will work in the rehabilitation center and in the gym with the physically and mentally disabled kids five days a week. The volunteer will organise fun time activities with disabled kids such as art, music, sports, drama, dance, handicrafts, games, etc. in order to strengthen their cognitive, behavioral and skill-oriented development. At the end of the activity, we expect the disabled kids to have at least one new skill or positive change with their behaviors. We will also ask the volunteer to participate in the product making activities to be sold in favor of the stray animals. Working hours: 09:00 - 16:00. There will be a lunch break between 12:00 - 13:00.

Condições: All volunteers will live together in a two-flat house. They will have their own room. They will share the bathroom on each floor and the kitchen on each floor. There will be other volunteers from different projects. So the house will be multinational. They will have 250 Euros for food and pocket money per month. They will have 500 Euros for two months.
