Resumo: (heritage)
The organization is a young umbrella organisation for promoting transnational youth mobility. Our organisation is understanding itself as a hub, helping other network partners to help young people to gain skills such as leadership, project management, NGO work, application writing and fundraising.

Today the organization’s ambitions find the organization involved as a partner in more than 10 Erasmus+ KA2 VET, Adult and Sport projects and as coordinator in 3 big projects addressing e.g. migrants, employability, inclusion, gender equality.

The organization was initiated in 2016 by expert professionals active in the sectors / fields of NGO, Social Innovation, European project management, European mobility, Networking and Non-Formal Education (NFE) methodologies, and embodies today in its Berlin hub 4 staff members and 4 team members with professional competences / experiences in above mentioned domains. As a NGO is non-profit oriented, it performs crucial parts of its activities also on a voluntary basis. At the ‘TUECHTIG room for inclusion’ organization’s has its office space, amidst other pioneers, freelancers and employees (with and without disabilities) of all ages and backgrounds.

The organization is a member organization in MV International (MVI), an international NGO network comprising 37 European member organizations, and 6 associate organizations from Africa, Latin America and Asia, as well as a founding member of Alliance For Global Development AGD based in University of applied Sciences in Bonn.

Perfil: ● Young people aged 18-30 (with fewer opportunities)
● Facing socio economic exclusion due to being outside the circuit of education/employability (NEETs) in a long-term perspective.
● Interested in project topics as well as motivated to further their personal development, acquire international experience and engage in service to the community in the frame of ESC.
● Available for the activities they commit to, as well as for training for them.
● Endowed with the moral and behavioral qualities required for the profile (Open mind and respect for other cultures, Solidarity, Participation, Cooperation, Commitment to work and to the receiving organization, Tolerance, Kindness, Humility, Responsibility).
● Motivated and interested in the field of activity covered by the programme; in the acquisition of skills and attitudes of intercultural dialogue active citizenship, social and civic competences, sense of entrepreneurship, transversal skills (team work, communication, adaptability to difficult conditions, flexibility, creativity) with a view to acting as multipliers of acquired knowledge and attitudes within their local communities and circuits of personal acquaintances; in acting as future youth/opinion leaders to actively shape the future of their own local communities and countries.
● Motivation and interest will be assessed through examining required CVs and motivation letters as well as in an online Skype interview.
● A working knowledge of English is a plus, but not a compulsory requirement for selection.
● No previous qualifications or educational level will be required.

✔ Attitudes and skills of autonomy and responsibility (decision- making, goal setting, money- management etc.) in a culturally and linguistically different country.
✔ Awareness of ESC positive values, enhanced attitudes of active participation and active citizenship, social and civic competences, strengthened sense of European citizenship acquired through interaction with volunteers and regular staff members from different countries, interaction with the local community and local youngsters, engagement in the envisaged activities.
✔ Knowledge and skills of team building, Non Formal Education, activity implementation developed by being involved in a supporting role in the initiatives of the receiving organization.
✔ Knowledge of the needs and issues of youngsters, disadvantaged NEET youths and migrant youngsters as well as skills to engage them in educational peer-interaction activity aimed at fostering intercultural dialogue, social inclusion, active citizenship and development of civic/social competences acquired by supporting the initiatives of the receiving organization.
✔ Knowledge and awareness about the positive value of cultural diversity.

✔ Attitudes and skills to approach cultural diversity issues and people with different cultural backgrounds in a mutually respectful and constructive fashion.
✔ Digital skills.

✔ Knowledge and skills in the implementation of cultural events.

✔ Knowledge of Italian habits, practices, culture and environment.

✔ Increased proficiency in the English and Italian.

Tarefas: Project topic: promoting European values, preservation and promotion of cultural heritage in the historic center faced by urban decay in Germany (Berlin) and sustainable rural development of rural area faced by socioeconomic issues in Germany, as well as supporting social engagement and personal development of disadvantaged volunteers from Germany.

Horário: Voluntary taking place in different schools. Weekly work-time will be 40 hours per week, from 10:00 to 18:00, from Monday to Friday.
