Resumo: Youth Information Center is responsible forhosting, informing, guiding and putting the youth inrelation with local companies for different topics: jobsearch, internships, accommodation… The PIJ aims tofacilitate the young people’s steps. It is an entirely freereception, information, course guidance andaccompanying center for the young people.

Different services are available inside the center: thedocumentary area, the computer workstation, andinformation area that includes: studies, jobs, lifelonglearning, leisure activities, everyday life, holidays,international mobility, Europe, sports, transports,internships, health and accommodation.

The organization welcomes each year thousands ofstudents for all type of information. The audience isquite diverse: educated youth (1300 students on theconurbation), young people who are no longerstudying, unemployed youth, social break youth oryoung people in difficulty and sometimes undermeasure of justice. These young people come
from different urban and rural areas of the city.

The need in international and mobility information isbecoming one of the main assignments of the center.The organization has important financial resourcesthanks to the management done by the associationViltais (the actual applicant organisation as the PIJbelongs to the organization).

Perfil: Age: 20-30

Tarefas: we would like to host a young volunteer in order to make concrete and toillustrate at best the question of Europe and mobility with an original andauthentic testimony of a young European volunteer. The suggested activities willbe:

- the presentation of the organization with details.
- the immersion on the territory (meetings with key actors, learning of Frenchnotions)
diagnostic of their discovery and arrangement and set up of their project
- link with the students, sharing of their experience, promotion ofinternational mobility near by the youth
- workshops with young people in school establishments
- activities with other organization
- intercultural activities about European citizenship, foreign languages...
- meetings with young people of the conurbation of Moulins
- lessons on photography, video editing, design,artistic actions, projectbuilding, industrial machines -
- manipulation (laser circular saw, 3D printer…)”.

The organization is open to all activities that the volunteer will want to develop and weexcept some creativity from the volunteer in order to be original and to gainsome skills and knowledge.
