Resumo: The Foundation was established in 2004 in Poland.
The Board consists of two members - President, Treasurer.
A valuable resource of Foundation are its employees: solid team consists of eight people, including three specialists from fundraising and coordination of projects. Annually, on the projects employ on a contract or work order about 20 people. Foundation also use the help of interns from Work Office (1 pers. / year) and European volunteers of the Erasmus+ (4 pers. / year ). Accounting is conducted by an external company, the same since almost 10 years. We have a solid substantive partners e.g. various Roma Association in Poland; Center for Information and Social Development.
The main sources of funding are: Human Capital Operational Programme from EU Funds, Lower Silesia Governor's Office, Ministry of Administration and Digitization, Municipality of Wroclaw, Erasmus+ Programme, Visegrad Fund, private sponsors.
The main goal of the Foundation Prom is to integrate and support people from disadvantaged backgrounds; to enable them to participate in educational and cultural events; to promote them in society; to fight against discrimination, intolerance and lack of acceptance towards the most helpless groups in Poland (the poorest, unemployed, Roma minority). The major need is to break off the negative stereotypes and know each other by acting together.

Tarefas: - preparing and leading online and offline intercultural workshops (includingteaching languages)
for local children, host families, volunteers, Brave Kids staff;
- research and maintain contact with specific artistic groups;
- coordination of elements of the program (assistance to instructors who work withthe children, leaders of international groups, Brave Youth or Brave Kids Assistants,support in coordination of local volunteers);
- create and update documents for project (e.g. invitations, cooperation agreements,etc.);
- writing descriptive and promotional materials for the project (for patronage, socialmedia, promotion, Brave Kids blog, website, etc.);
- managing expectations, collecting necessary paperwork, helping to arrangelogistics.
