Resumo: The charitable culture and youth organization is a youth centre with multiple and varied offers for children and adolescent. The most important part of our work is the open house for our visitors. Contacts between the youth and the professional youth(social)workers are established there.
For our visitors we create the opportunity to approach their personal requests and interest in the form of a visitor-assembly, so the visitors are involved in creating the program of our work.
The organization consists of a main building with varied offers and four decentralized areas of work.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
The volunteer should be open and communicative. S*He should be motivated and have fun to work with young people. A first knowledge of German language would be advantageous. Since our opening hours are mainly in the afternoons, evenings and on weekends he*she should be prepared to work throughout these times. Of course, he*she will not work every weekend and will have two consecutive days off during the week if working on the weekend.

Tarefas: As a volunteer, you will work in all areas. The focus of our work is to support the local youngsters with their topics, decisions, issues. We work as a team and organise many different activities and projects with and for the youth. If the volunteer wants s*he can realise her*his own project in cooperation with the youngsters. S*He will have all the support from the team that s*he needs. Our different areas are:
- The main house, main youth centre, cafe, concerts, boulder room, creative room, indoor skating sight
- outdoor sight for sports and chilling
- Decentralized youth centre
- Decentralized youth centre for girls
- Mobile youth work
- German-language-support

Formação: As a volunteer, you will live in a student housing where also other volunteers and people live. It is organised by the host organisation. You will have a room with bathroom on your own and share a kitchen with the other residents. You will receive your food- and pocket money always in the beginning of the month. The infrastructure with trains and buses is easy, quick and frequent. Also you will have a bicycle at your disposal and you will receive a ticket for free use of any public transport in the whole region of Vorarlberg during the complete project time.
