Resumo: The organization is a leisure time and interest group of integrative youth work, in which disabled, non-disabled, socially weak and vulnerable young people work together. The main goal is the practical implemantation of integrative ideas in the development and implemantation of individual projects. For the successful realization of these focus points, various concepts and projects were developed through longtime and practical experiences. The biggest project so far is was developped in 1996 and is successful up to now. The circus tent is a positive possibility for us to do alternative youth, social and youth cultural work in a special atmosphere in the hanseatic city and also over-regional. In addition the organization carries out many more projects in the field of integrative organization of leisure time for a wide public.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: The volunteer will gain experience in managing educational events and circus-pedagogical knowledge. Furthermore, she/he will qualify for event and organisation management.
