Resumo: The organization is an international, voluntary, non profit organisation that provides intercultural learning opportunities to help people develop the knowledge, skills and understanding needed to create a more peaceful world. This organization does this through several exchange programs, like EVS. They works in cooperation with several partners in more than 50 countries world wide. On a European level we are represented by the European federation for Intercultural Learning.The organisation where the EVS activities will take place in a hospital. We choose to cooperate with the goal of establishing more intercultural understanding and active citizenship in societies. This is a centre for the rescue and rehabilitation of sick and injured wild animals, brought into the centre by local people or collected by the volunteers.

The organization already exists since 1976 and counts over 14,000 members. The main activities are:- give shelter to sick and injured indigenous wild animals, to nurse them and prepare them for their return to the wild- give shelter to exotic animals that were confiscated by governmental services- give shelter to exotic pets that were given up by their owner- place exotic animals in specialized shelters, renowned zoos and animal parksOur final goal is to keep growing in order to be able to provide a constantly improving care to sick and injured wildlife.
