Resumo: The host organization is an educational establishment set up to provide varied possibilities for development and secondary education using the state language as the language of instruction for kids from families with other mother tongues. We specialize in providing education for young residents and its vicinities (about 450 students) based on language immersion methodology. As a result students graduated from our school have good Estonian language skills, which allow them to manage successfully in a modern Estonian society, and keep their identity.

Perfil: The host organization would like to host a volunteer with a positive thinking toward life and studying, creative and supportive young person who would love to work with school age kids.
Good knowledge of English is required as all the activities are based on the communication and interaction with students.
Interest in languages, global education, arts and cultures will give an additional advantage to the volunteer as these topics will compose the main activities for the voluntary service. As in school study 6-19 years old kids and youngsters The organization would like to receive a volunteer who is at least 21 years old.

Tarefas: A very important role of the volunteer will be in encouraging and motivating both students and staff to experience international communication and learning mobility and practice foreign languages, and bringing innovative fresh streams into the school activities in general. The volunteer will participate in the activities related to:

1) Language learning
- To help to run school's blog of foreign languages;
- To prepare and run English Language Cafe, possibly also volunteer's mother tongue LC;
- To help to organize english national holidays for students from basic school;
- To assist teachers in English classes in order to bring along more non-formal way of learning and practicing oral language skills and to develop a strong interest to the language amongst students
2) Intercultural learning
3) Art and culture
4) UNESCO Associated Schools - aims to provide the students with the opportunities to enhance peace, tolerance and democracy.
