Resumo: The main aim of the project is to allow young people interested in education, culture and art to participate in the organization of a significant cultural event and different educational programmes for kids and teenagers. In their volunteering service they are able to enrich their personal knowledge in the field of culture, to devolope organisational, leadership and teaching skills and get new expirience in working with young people.

Tarefas: The volunteers will be actively included in all the Municipality Center annual
activities, related with organization and implementation of different cultural events such as the educational programs and parallel initiatives of the International Short Film Festival; non-formal educational initiatives for students and unemployment youths; daily office work in accordance of the organization activities.
During their service long-term volunteers will be engaged in few main tasks:

- Cleaning and preparation for use the quite new Municipality Center hall for
its activities and initiatives;
- Promotion of the Municipality Center activities and events with the purpose of
audience development and education of future participants in the organization
initiatives (includes creation of the Municipality Center website and profiles in
social media + administration);
- Organizing and implementing Educational film ateliers for young people – using
audiovisual arts as method of communication with local young people and
initiating a dialog with them about the important issues in everyday life in
friendly environment;
- Leading a free courses (in fields which the volunteers are competent) for
unemployment local young people in order to stimulate those with interest in arts to
develop new skills and become more competitive and more attractive on the labor
market;
- Active participation in the organization and implementation of the
International Short Film Festival and other international and youth projects. During
this events the long-term volunteers will meet the volunteers of a partner to the
organization in order to involve them in the current activities related with the
preparation of the events and to guide them in the execution of their tasks;
- Long-term volunteers will be able to develop an individual project during their service (need to be approved by their supervisors).
