Resumo: It is a project of care for people and families with addiction problems.
The work is based on humanistic psychology, we focus on the person and accompany them in their growth process at behavioral, cognitive and emotional development in order to achieve social and personal autonomy, and help them integrate into society as normal.

Man is a Program Project biopsychosocial therapeutic-educational, characterized by solidarity, non-denominational and non-profit, which is aimed at prevention, rehabilitation and reintegration of people addicted or dependent.
The team consists of psychologists, therapists, social workers, instructors, medical and legal team.
Our experience with the EVS program during these years is very positive, it is important for our users in the process of changing the figure of the volunteer. In this process the volunteer also performs an integration process in our society.

Volunteers live in a rented apartment that provides our organization, the apartment is located near the center of the city. On the floor can live several volunteers. The flat is located very close to a civic center, health center and local language school where they receive Spanish classes.
The organization is located in a medium sized city and welcoming which facilitates the integration of
volunteers in the social and cultural environment, is an appropriate place to meet the objectives of the SVE.

Perfil: It is desirable that the volunteer was a motivated, easy to relate to young people of all social and cultural level, and to participate in activities that are performed around the rehabilitation and social reintegration of persons with addiction problems or youth at risk.
• We give special importance to the initiative and the desire to open up new possibilities for action within the marked lines for volunteer work, provided they are consistent with the therapeutic treatment.
• We look for people with a degree of maturity to approach the problem of these people in a serious way.
That values people above all else, and be able to show close and sympathetic to their problems.
• It is crucial that the volunteer has no personal problems related to addictions or dependencies.
• The selection is done through a series of exchanges between volunteers, sending organizations and host in order to unite all expectations and motivations inerlocutores project.
• The candidates access is facilitated through nswer information on the website of the organization, in addition to the information from the pages of the project of youth. At present, given the path we have and with the various organizations that we have worked, we have regular contact with several European organizations in the field as associated countries.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The volunteer support professionals to the organization through the following activities:
• To accompany users in their tasks they must perform in the city: go to court, to medical facilities, manage roles with different government agencies, etc…
• Assist in the supervision of the tasks under the guidance of the therapist responsible for the activities of different sectors into which the TC: management, maintenance, cleaning and cooking, which means an educational activity.
• Participate in activities designed to culture, leisure and recreation: chaperone on field trips, participate in workshops, etc.., This means educating these aspects.
• Design and carry out cultural activities, leisure time aimed at users. In this aspect, the volunteer try to implement their own resources and skills through the design and implementation of these activities.
• Deepen in dealing with our users, facilitate human communication and personal support through being with them, talking, being close.
• Support the work of therapists knowledge of the reality of the people who perform the activities.
• Volunteer activities / to be divided into 35 hours, according to the requirements of the project and the volunteer / a, including two hours of Spanish in the municipal school of languages, enjoying 2 business days of vacation for each month of project .

The youth program volunteers EVS are integrated into the training structure Project Man has implemented both the EVS and local volunteers also have scheduled specific training "on the meaning and philosophy" and the basics of Project Man, have the opportunity to visit and learn all the structures in which the program works (therapeutic Community Youth Project and Integration).
