Resumo: The volunteer programme offers 30 young people from different countries the opportunity to get an inside touch of the organization and working process of three established short film events.
The project is carried out by a foundation, coordinating and receiving organization. Short-term volunteers will be 26 and they are supposed to arrive for 1.5 months (1st June – 15th July) in the city of festival location, in order to take part in the preparation and implementation of the festival and all its parallel events.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: Volunteers are engaged in tasks related to the promotion of events, getting familiar with the atmosphere and the venues of the film forum. In the phase of actual conduct of the events the tasks of the volunteers are related to specific details in organizing events. Young people are divided into teams, as many of them serve on a rotating basis in order to explore in more detail the organization of a cultural event, and to acquire more knowledge and skills.

The aim of the project is to allow young people interested in cinema to participate in the organization of these events, while having access to all screenings and other film forum activities
