Resumo: Theorganization is non-governmental organisation which is comprised of young social and youth workers who are committed to supporting youngsters with fewer opportunities on Estonian, European and international levels. Working within community and regional partnerships, the organization facilitates activities, trainings, and exchanges that encourage youth participation in civil society, personal development, European mobility, and international volunteer opportunities.

The aim of the organisation is to offer young people living with disabilities same opportunities as the mainstream youngsters have, therefore we promote active participation via international youth projects (youth exchanges, trainings, volunteering) and on local level the organization is organising awareness events on disabilities.

Our core value is that everybody can participate therefore all our projects take into account individual abilities and are always created together with young people, not only for them.

Perfil: Volunteer should love playing with children, have patience, be polite and have good manners. Basic English is required.
Age: 17-30

Tarefas: EVS service at kindergarten with children form the age of 3 till 5 years old. Volunteer will assist the teacher in her daily work in dressing, playing, educational workshops, etc..
