Resumo: The host organization is preparing a Group EVS application for a dynamic and challenging project that addresses all young people, regardless of gender, religion, social or educational background. The project is to take place in the rural areas.
Despite numerous community funding programs, the towns continues to be some of the poorest regions of Romania where unemployment rate is very high, youth perspectives are very low and their participation in the community life and development is very low or inexistent.

The project seeks to replicate the positive outcomes achieved by the first 2 project in small urban communities of the county while increasing the impact of the previous activities.
The project is being implemented by and for youngsters. The daily presence of volunteers in the communities will further raise the interest of local youths to get involved and develop together a variety of non formal educational activities. The inclusion will address both volunteers coming from less developed regions as well as target group confronted with social and economic problems.

Perfil: - Aged between 18 to 30 years
- Volunteers will need to have a genuine interest in youth work, active citizenship, European cooperation, non-formal education, social inclussion and other similar topics and be willing to learn and expand their skills on these issues – This will consist the main selection criteria for the project
- active, open-minded, creative, innovative, responsible and motivated volunteers who are interested in the topic of youth work and will like to get involved in activities that focus and aim at this topic.
- The volunteers who apply for this project need to like and be willing to work with YOUTH for 9 months.
- a medium level of English is required (being able to make herself/himself understood by the others)

Tarefas:  Cultural awareness programme: will capitalize on cultural diversity among volunteer will contain activities such as presentations, non-formal workshops on traditional arts&crafts, traditional dances and music

 Languages and multilingualism programme: under the form of language clubs in the intuitions and schools that use non-formal methods(games, workshops, movies, songs, role-pays etc.) to help the participant learn or strengthen their ability to speak other languages (English, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese)

 Creativity and self-expression stimulation programme: arts workshops (painting, clay modeling, singing, handicrafts), theatre, Creative play (use familiar materials in a new or unusual ways), problem solving (application of knowledge and imagination to a given situation). This also will be used to build self-esteem and self-confidence.

 Building, social integration capacity, soft skills and autonomy programme: presentation sessions and special workshops that aimed at rising "EQ" (Emotional Intelligence Quotient), teach the youth through non-formal games and scenarios how to act in different social situations.

 Life-long learning opportunities for youth – promoting the ERASMUS+ programme and other opportunities to the youth

 Sports and outdoor activities programme – used as support to form teamwork skills, tolearance for diversity, self-esteem
