Resumo: With the members such as social services experts, psychologists, nurses, the organization helps the people in difficult condition and supports these individuals to have equal rights and functionality. One of the main purposes of this organization is to support the similar organizations in local areas besides supporting the other organizations or institutions under the Ministry of Family and Social Policies. Also arrangements are made with the Hospitals to provide help for the young people and children who are staying in the hospital. By doing coordinative work with these organizations and institutions, this organization provides services to other individuals that have other difficulties. The circumstances that these individuals are in effect their functionalities and healty personality developments in society. Part of the individuals that this organization works on are homeless people and the children living in the streets.

This Association supports the people who are staying or making a use of the organizations or institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Family and Social Policies with shelter, psycho-social, educational and similar other things. Some of the individuals working in long-term or short periods remain as a boarding within the organization. Besides these, the hosting organization gives supporting activities to other institutions and organizations and gives support to various social services affiliated projects. The main purpose of these activities for children, young people and their families is to complete the social deficiencies, improve social cohesion and make them remain in education by using social and sport activities.

In order to define the contents for these purposes; the main purpose here is: activities for treatments of individuals who have been exposed to negative discrimination, to increase public awareness and support for social, cultural,psychological, and all kinds of activities, meetings, seminars, announcements, preparing posters, web pages, economic support campaigns, creating local, national and transnational associations.

Perfil: Age: 17-30

Tarefas: The tasks of the volunteers in the project could be:
Social Support
to help build, if necessary, to be a pioneer in the planning of this work on ongoing social, cultural, psychological, and all kinds of activities, meetings, seminars, announcements, posters study, the web page, the economic support campaigns at local, national and transnational associations
- Get involved,help, if necessary, be a pioneer in the planning of this work on trip organized for rehabilitation, camping and other activities
-Help the people to be be taken to cinema, social activities and similar activities who are children, young, young woman and woman who are under discrimination because of their sexual choice These studies involved children, youth, young women, women, individuals and their family members suffered discrimination because of sexual preference, movies, social activities, and other similar studies to assist in moving,
-Preparing creative and educative activities and help the prepared activities for the people who joins this program
Practical support:
- Support the employees who works at where the activity takes place
-Support in order for the organization to develop new social and social rehabilitation content projects.
-Take part in organization for new projects.
Personal Support
-Support the prepared activities and services offered
-Praparing the place and materials for the social rehabilitation purposed activities.
-Support the offered services given to family and family members directly and indirectly

When the volunteers comes to the country where the project will be done, the volunteer's duities and responsibilities will be given according to their abilities, interests and areas that they want to develop themselves and they will be given a weekly activity plan.
As a percentage the volunteers working and learning plans could be as this:
- %30 Helping the employees who are working under the associations and organizations affiliated to Ministry of Family and Social Policies.
%15 Help for the education who gives social and cultural education for the children, young, young woman, woman and individuals and their families who are under discrimination because of their sexual choices
%30 Attending and preparind social activities organized by Guçkobir.
%25 Attending to the Turkish lessons and educations that will be prepared or is already prepared.
