Resumo: We facilite access to non-formal education projects and give to the youth the opportunity to use volunteering for their self-development, as well as for the development of the community.

For the volunteers who we will hosted by our organization, we will provide an proper environment for knowing better a new culture, to develop the social community support skills, to meet new people and to develop the social network making new friends and other kind of relationships. They will also have the opportunity to extend their knowledge applying their competences and also learning the local language and habits together with new things from the domain where they will choice to work.

The role of EVS volunteers will be to help the association to fight for the decrease of the economical, social, educational and cultural differences in the society, more precisly to take part to all the activities of the association were they whant and were they and the EVS coordinator decide that it’s important for those learning process.

Perfil: - age: 18 until 30 years old
- flexible person,
- open-minded, creative, communicative,
- ability to work both individually and in a team and in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

Tarefas: • Activities in the Roma communities (animation whit the youngsters, social work, sport activities, theater forum, diferent arts, meetings whit the parents, comunity development activities)
• exchange of experiences with volunteers from other contries,
• implication in the project of the association,
• reference to training that will help in future,
• language courses (romanian language)
• participation at infomation campaing for a healty live, Roma disclosure of the opportunity to access social grants and the other students from the disadvantaged communities,
• implication in the activities of the Day Center Pro Familia: art teraphy, ergoteraphy and ludoteraphy workshops with childrean from disadvantages goups.
• partipation at the General Ansambly meetings, were they can proupose new projects or idears for projects (youth in action projects, projects for diferent activities in the roma comunityes),
• involvement on the activities of the secretariat (translation of diferent documents, website, facebook image of the asociation etc).
• Involvement in youth in action projects (trainings, exchanges, youth initiatives, vork whit the volunteers)
• Involvement in cultural projects (festivals, diferent events, mobile art school, exhibitions)
