Resumo: The host organization is a Non-Governmental Organization by a young and optimistic group of teachers who wanted to contribute to a change in education. Our team has now not only teachers, but students, pupils and employees. Our main purpose is to increase the opportunities and contribute to the development of non-formal methods of education in our community. We want to offer and contribute to the personal growth of individuals of different ages and backgrounds.
The projects are put into action with the help of young volunteers willing to help and join us in making a change. We believe in education and in its future benefits and we support young people to be proactive involved in the process of the change in education.

Perfil: The volunteers should be interested in non-formal education, offering their time in order to offer support, working and facilitating activities with and for children with fewer opportunities, pupils between 4 and 19 years old, students, teachers and educators. The volunteers should share the same desire of changing the educational system in a better one, through non-formal education and experiential learning, should also be willing to take initiative and be responsible. They should want to be in both sides: to be coordinated and to coordinate and to be willing to work in a team.
There are three main conditions that each volunteer should accomplish:
1. To have a real interest in being part of an organization who's main interest is education;
2. To have the desire of working with people;
3. To be responsible and act accordingly and to show integrity;
Experience in delivering educational activities does not represent an advantage or disadvantage, because the project aims at developing, increasing and achieving skills. Candidates who are unsuccessful in finding a job will be considered priorities. All in all the most important thing will be their motivation and commitment towards the project's aims.
