Resumo: The hosting organization was created after a 4 year pilot initiative that successfully brought together marketing and creative experts with more than 2.000 entrepreneurs, founders and senior managers who came in touch with brilliant minds from marketing and business industry.

Following that initiative an ecosystem of domain experts, Marketing Gurus, Global thought Leaders and Creative Experts around the world was created to form the mindspak plus, a vehicle to promote creativity, innovation and impact. The hosting organization today has supported foundations, government organisations, non profits, business incubators and other organizations by providing experts and mentors and transferring knowledge.

Through its operating years mindspark plus has trained business staff, corporate leaders and managers while it dealt with a range of social issues as diversity in work environment & inclusion, through specialized events, training and education, content creation (digital), broadcast series and other related activities.

In addition with its generic operations the organization operates two labs: The Social Marketing & Behaviour Change Lab which is was created to promote the field of Social Marketing to managers and organizations in Greece and Cyprus, by providing training and access to innovative expertise and tools for the application of Social Marketing framework. The Design Lab, led by global designer Dimitris Skourogiannis and is the first lab in Greece focusing on design.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Based on our European Solidarity Corps project, we are looking for motivated, empathetic, and open-minded young individuals who are passionate about making a positive social impact and upholding core EU values.

This initiative strongly emphasizes inclusion and diversity, and we actively encourage young people with fewer opportunities to apply. No specific professional experience is mandatory, but adaptability, a cooperative spirit, and a deep commitment to solidarity are essential.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about fostering social inclusion and breaking down stereotypes. You will directly engage with minor refugees, marginalized individuals, and local youth to create welcoming community environments through regular workshops and social activities.

Additionally, we are seeking volunteers interested in the digital transition who are eager to help bridge the digital divide by teaching foundational digital literacy, online safety, and creative skills like video editing and social media management.

A strong candidate will also possess a community-driven mindset, a passion for active citizenship, and an interest in social entrepreneurship, helping to guide youth in developing creative solutions to local challenges. Finally, volunteers should be environmentally conscious, ready to promote green practices and sustainability during the project, and excited to participate in meaningful intercultural exchange.

Tarefas: This project aims to empower young people from diverse backgrounds by promoting social inclusion, intercultural dialogue, active citizenship, digital literacy, and social entrepreneurship. The project brings together minor refugees, young people with fewer opportunities, and local youth in a safe and supportive environment where they can learn from one another, build meaningful relationships, and actively contribute to their communities.

Through a series of workshops, training sessions, community activities, and collaborative initiatives, participants will develop essential personal, social, and professional skills while strengthening their sense of belonging and European solidarity. The project responds to the growing need for inclusive spaces where marginalized youth can overcome barriers related to social exclusion, cultural isolation, limited access to opportunities, and lack of civic participation.

This opportunity concerns the individual long term volunteering period of the project.

Condições: The volunteers will be accommodated in our Residence integrated directly into the Digital Youth Center, in shared rooms (max 5 people) with private bathroom. The Residence has available a shared kitchen where the volunteers will be able to prepare their meals. At arrival, each volunteer will receive the first 180€ for pocket money and food allowance.
