Resumo: The hsoting organization organizes approximately 20 international voluntary projects (workcamps) across the Czech Republic where a group of local and foreign volunteers support ecological, social, cultural-historical, and community projects.
By organising workcamps, educational programs, and campaigns we contribute to the development of a tolerant and open society and encourage an active and responsible approach to the world around us both locally and globally.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Our project is open to anyone with an interest in our activities and projects and a strong motivation to become an active member of our team. We welcome open-minded and flexible people with a willingness to learn and invest their energy and ideas into common goals and eventually develop their own project.
The precision, thoroughness and consistency are must-have requirements. The volunteer needs to be able to work independently as well as in a team, communication skills are highly valued. Be prepared that mainly in the first half of the year, most of the work is administrative and not that much in the field. Also it is important to know that the work in the organization has a seasonal character, that means that February/March-August are going to be busy months for you as a volunteer and then there will be more free time and opportunity to develop your own project.

Tarefas: We create space in which people can gain new experiences, expand their skills, and develop their views of the complexity of the world around them. Together with the Incoming coordinator, you will support the organization of workcamps in the Czech Republic. You will communicate with foreign partner organisations and incoming volunteers. You will also support the organization of various events, communicate with NGO networks, work with ESC-related tools, promote volunteering opportunities, lead a workcamp, etc.

Condições: The volunteer will live either in a private room in a shared flat or in a single room in a students dormitory (depending on current possibilities and free rooms). The accommodation will be located within a reachable distance from the office by public transport. The volunteer will get a monthly pocket money, food allowance and receive a public transport card (yearly prepaid card valid for the whole area).
