Resumo: (community-based activities)

The hsoting organization is a non-profit association based in a rural area. It supports international cooperation projects and combats poverty and social exclusion by promoting sustainable, local economic systems. The association offers new opportunities to people in need, works with schools through non-formal education about social and environmental issues, and encourages sustainable choices within the local community. In Manitese, you will find a
second-hand market, a circular tailoring workshop, a ceramics workshop, a community garden, a little farm, as well as many events. Volunteers are at the heart of the association, , and new European volunteers are welcomed with enthusiasm.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: o Circular tailoring and ceramics workshops (inclusive activities with people with disabilities).
o Community garden and animal care (agroecology focus).
o School workshops on social and environmental issues.
o Second-hand market management (promoting reuse and sustainability).
o Event organization (cultural, social, and educational).

Horário: 5-7 hours/day, 5 days/week + 2 days off + 2 extra holiday days/month.

Condições: Shared house (fully equipped, Wi-Fi included).
Travel Reimbursement: Up to €417 (based on EU standards, green travel encouraged!).
Pocket Money: €330/month (paid in advance).
