Resumo: We will be your hosting organization for the next 10 months, where we will implement activities together, supporting you in developing your ideas and providing space for personal growth.

WHO ARE WE?
The association aims to counter the growing marginality of the villages and communities, creating events, experiences, mobility and volunteering programs, favoring co-working and sharing, in order to encourage tourism and promoting training activities related to the territory.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

• Proactive and capable of bringing ideas into action;
• Creative and adaptable, able to work in a slower rural rhythm and create something from limited resources;
• Able to manage both quiet periods and more intense moments during events;
• Interested in culture, cinema, heritage, community work, communication, or event organisation;
• Comfortable with practical tasks, including logistics, cleaning, preparation, and carrying materials when needed;
• Aware of the challenges of living in an isolated rural area, with limited social life mostly connected to the other volunteers;
• Ready to live in a small village where the closest bigger town is around one hour away;
• Open-minded, independent, and willing to become part of a local community.

Tarefas: - Assist events, exhibitions, art residencies, festivals and workshops
- Organize Festivals and Events
- Collaborate with local associations
- Promote events and Youth Mobilities opportunities in Social Media
- Prepare E+ projects in practical aspects and logistics and manual work
- Support running the Tourist Office and the Hostel

These tasks represent the full scope of your project. Some months you’ll focus more on the maintenance of the hostel, others offering logistical support during events; other months will be spent in the office working on promotion, researching the area, and a lot of the time plan your OWN projects and activities.

Horário: The working schedule from 9.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 18.00, from Monday to Friday. The timetable can be different and sometimes can include weekends in case of events.

Condições: Food and Pocket money
Each volunteer will receive 180€ monthly pocket money and reimbursement for food expenses up to 165€ per month
