Resumo: (Gardening and Horse Care at the Vocational School)
The leader organization are 2 coordinating organizations, with 20 years of experience in coordinating; currently we coordinate the activities of 20 volunteers in 18 different workplaces.
We offer a comprehensive system of individual and group support, more than 50 training workshops in the area of key competencies of personal, professional development, integration and multiculturalism.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: - Daily Horse Care – Managing essential tasks such as cleaning stables, feeding horses, setting up paddocks, and supporting horses after training. Prior experience with horses is a strong advantage.
- Garden Maintenance and Development – Participating in seasonal gardening tasks, cultivating and caring for the garden, and taking initiative in managing their own gardening projects.
- Collaboration with Vocational Students – Engaging in joint workshops with pupils, fostering a learning environment, and sharing practical skills and experiences.
- Active and Physical Work Environment – Embracing a role that involves physical activity, movement, and working closely with animals, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on, dynamic tasks.
