Resumo: (sports and media)
We're a non-profit organization using baseball to support the development of kids ages 4 to 16. Our motto, Freedom to perform! means giving children the chance to excel in sports and in life. With us, they'll gain skills and confidence to tackle any challenge and live a fulfilling, self-determined life. We focus on fostering a healthy mindset critical for success, using Positive Coaching methods to boost happiness, optimism, resilience, and more.

Since 2019, we've introduced baseball to over 15,000 kids. In 2024 alone, we organized 8 school sports festivals with up to 300 kids participating, took part in international tournaments in Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy and Slovakia, and hosted three major events with 100+ attendees. We’ve built partnerships from Australia to the USA and work with universities and media to further our mission. Now, we're thrilled to welcome a European Solidarity Corps volunteer to our team!

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We're looking for motivated, energetic individuals who love working with kids and have an interest in sports, project management, and communication. No prior experience needed! Basic knowledge of German, English, or Spanish is a plus, but not required. We especially encourage young people with fewer opportunities to apply!

Tarefas: As a volunteer, you'll dive into the exciting world of sports and sports events for kids. You'll work closely with our coaches, assisting them in daily activities and training sessions. You'll also support us in various aspects of our projects with schools, kindergartens, and social institutions. Your tasks will range from helping with logistics, setting up events, and managing administrative work to capturing amazing moments through photography and boosting our presence on social media.
