Resumo: (Teams volunteering)
The Foundation is a public benefit organisation hiring around 30 employees. Its main idea is implementing the teaching of John Paul II, treating about human's development in four dimensions: physical, mental, intelectual and spiritual. Here every person, no matter what age, health condition or life situation, can broaden their knowledge, develop their talents and discover the joy of being a gift for others.
The foundation is an interdyscyplinar, prodevelopment education-cultural institution, which, empowered by the values coming from St. John Paul II's life and its team's engagement, brings it to the good and enables living the fuller life, thanks to the conscious, effective education, spiritual and psychological support, caring about each dimension of a man's development.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

The candidates we are looking for:
• Volunteers who are MOTIVATED, open-minded and creative,
• Volunteers who would like to teach children and young people about their culture,
• Volunteers who are flexible, open to other people and for new experiences,
• Volunteers who shows initiative and helps others when they need it, SUPPORTIVE is the quality we appreciate very much, • Volunteers who are available to think of new activities to involve children. A candidate who involves them by dancing, singing or proposing typical childhood games of their country would be much appreciated

Tarefas: The theme of the project is a series of cultural and educational activities and games that take place open air. They will be held by European volunteers along with Polish youngsters.
The task of volunteers is to organize and conduct gatherings with children and teenagers in the playgrounds of Bydgoszcz.
Groups of volunteers will animate games and activities, they'll also prepare cultural interactive presentations about their countries, to promote international environment among local youth.
One more goal of the project is to reduce language and cultural barriers, fight stereotypes about foreign culture, promote active recreation and volunteering, especially international.

Condições: The Foundation provides the volunteers with the accommodation Volunteers will have the chance to integrate while sharing rooms in the same building. The kitchen and bathrooms will also be shared. The pocket-money, boarding money, transportation card, accommodation and travel costs will be provided by Foundation.
