Resumo: (work at youth centre)
The hosting organization is a community of tolerant, open, creative and inclusive people that provides young people of the municipality a safe space to learn, develop, grow and express themselves through the regular programme activities that are created together with them, using the methods of non-formal learning.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We are looking for highly motivated volunteers on the proposed activities. They may have a basic or higher level of English.

Volunteers will not be selected on the basis of their religion, gender, nationality, etc. identity.

No specific education or knowledge is required. We provide the necessary training and mentors.

Volunteers who may fall into the category of young people with fewer opportunities may be also involved and will receive the inclusion support.

Tarefas: - organising activities based on non-formal learning
- attending daily centre (a neutral zone where young people can spend their time, communicate with other young people etc.)
- practicing public speaking and communication skills
- project management learning
- photo, video editing, developing promotional products
- promoting ESC programme, non-formal education
- implementation of a personal project
- space for volunteer's own ideas

Apartment is in a block of flats in the center, 10 minutes walking distance from all the hosting organisations and 5 minutes to the stores, cultural centre, pubs and restaurants. It has 3 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a toilet. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with other volunteers.
Information on pocket money allowance: 5 €/day
Food allowance: 196 €/month
Arrival and departure costs are covered by the regulations of ESC program.
Possible inclussion support.
Accommodation and travel costs within the project activities are covered by ESC program.
