Resumo: NGO started as a small and enthusiastic group in 2015 that was bringing the values of the organisation to Polish youngsters. The NGO focuses on intercultural exchange, the power of benefits of cultural diversity and hygiene of information. Our members coordinated numerous participants in several multinational projects in Georgia, Armenia, Estonia, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic, Germany, and other countries.

The enthusiastic group became bigger and was strong enough to take the next step and now, since July 2016, the team has been working as International with a headquarter in Poland. The main aspiration of the organisation is to develop Polish young people by providing them with various opportunities. The five main areas of work of the organisation involve human rights education and promotion; critical thinking formation; minorities and migrants’ inclusion; soft skills development; outdoor activities; coaching and facilitating through the implementation of local and international projects, exchanges, training courses, conferences, workshops, events, festivals, seminars, and coaching.

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: As an ESC Volunteer, you will be essential in organising and implementing various activities and events. About half of your work will relate to the development and integration of children with the majority of them being refugees from Ukraine. You will work closely with local communities, stakeholders, and international volunteers to create impactful experiences for children.
This role requires creativity, organisation, and a passion for working with children. The second half of your work will be connected to the organisation’s regular activities, mostly with and for young people. You will work alongside the team of our youth workers, interns and volunteers.
