Resumo: The hosting organization offers an alternative education for 6-14 y.o. children, based on principles of progressive education, Montessori and nonviolent communication. We support and guide children on their way to becoming responsible confident and open-minded persons. 60 children attend our school. The school integrates volunteers closely into the daily work and community.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
We look for a volunteer who is interested in pedagogy, love working with children, is able to assist teachers during lessons and in after school activities. Please write your CV an motivation letter, and explain, how could you assist the school community. We accept documents in word or pdf format. Requirements: responsible and motivated to help students, and assist teachers; open-minded, active, initiative; able to deal with children of different age and social backgrounds; interest in alternative pedagogy; specific skills in arts, music, handicrafts, sports.

Tarefas: support teachers in classrooms. Daily work in school has project groups, which work independently but are guided by teachers.
