Resumo: The hosting organization represents activites related to street youth work, with the goal of including young people in the activities of the youth centre.

Perfil: The profile of the volunteers that we will include are young people between the ages of 18-30 who are eager to strengthen their competences on in the field of youth work, use of digital technologies, solidarity, knowledge of foreign languages, different cultures and are eager to achieve personal growth or development.
They know the specifics and advantages of volunteering in the local community and society as a whole. They have a developed sense for identifying the needs of the community, especially those who are most vulnerable.

Tarefas: Activities include identifying the current problems of young people in the local community, promoting youth work and the youth center, connecting informal groups of young people to participate in solidarity actions, involving young people in regular activities of the youth center and participating in international youth mobility programs, weekly informing young people about opportunities for young people through the information channels of the youth center using the selected information tool (audio podcast, video podcast, text blog), monthly conversations or interviews with young people about their experiences and needs, or conversations or interviews with representatives of active youth organizations.

Condições: Accommodation for volunteer will be in apartment with his own room, kitchen, bathroom, internet access, cable TV etc. All utilities will be fully covered. Volunteer will get pocket money on her/his bank account, plus all necessary money/open account in grocery store for making his/her own breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be provided in a restaurant unless otherwise agreed upon.. Apartment, as well as youth cultural center are in the center of town, so easily accessible by foot and bike
