Resumo: (Team volunteering)
The coordinating organization is an NGO focused on European mobility, non-formal education and rural development based in Italy. It provides learning and growing opportunities to young people and youth workers.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
people with fewer opportunities: means people who are facing REAL obstacles, young people that didn’t find it easy in life for several reasons and are disadvantaged compared to their peers.

- Management of local events
- Restoration works
- Group cleaning
- Weeding areas of the village
- Gardening
- Wood handcraft


VOLUNTEERS’ MAIN TASKS*
The plan is to make small groups that rotate on different tasks so you can learn different things and don't get bored doing the same for 1 month

+ Renovation works: as cleaning city walls and repainting them, building furniture, etc.
+ Local events: Support the Clasijazz Foundation in the management of local music events
+ Take care of green areas: Weeding pedestrian roads and other activities on green areas
+ Cooking: cook for yourself and for the other volunteers, share typical food from your country with others.
Volunteering Rural Fest is a self- managed community!
+ Gardening: Plant trees and other gardening activities

*Important: due to several impredictable factors it may be that some of the tasks will be replaced, be ready to experience yourself in different fields

Horário: The usual workload is 35 volunteering hours/week, 5 days per week.

Condições: Accommodation: Volunteers will be accommodated in the recently renovated hostel. They will live in shared rooms with 5 other volunteers. The hostel provides showers, bathrooms, a dining area and a cozy area.

Pocket Money
Each volunteer will receive a total pocket money of 150€. That is not a payment for the support given, but a flat rate refund for small expenses.

Food & accommodation
Volunteers will be provided with a place for cooking and have the opportunity to cook for themselves as a group with an extra amount of 35€/person/week.
They will live together in a hostel booked for them only.
