Resumo: (team volunteering project)
The Al Hamam Association develops three action programs: the Aruna Program, to disseminate techniques for the evolution of consciousness and spirituality; the Seeds of Life Program, to support natural upbringing, and schools of alternative pedagogy; and the Tribu del Sol Program, to explore tools for personal growth in groups, and harmoniously integrate the social, economic, and environmental elements in this place.
Here group life is a continuous learning, a place where we seek, experience and share new ways of living and living together working together. Internal growth and commitment to the environment make us walk together to achieve our goals, each finding its true identity.

The purposes of the Association are:
a) Personal development and growth, through yoga, meditation and techniques that enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being.
b) Promote cultural biodiversity, art and social development.
c) Assist rural and environmental development with awareness and sustainability.
d) Promote volunteering and cooperation at European and international level.
e) To experience a learning of sustainable life in the different dimensions of the human being, through the design of a permanent culture in the time.
f) Recovery of traditions and giving value to natural resources.
g) Educate, and raise awareness through art, creativity and in relation to nature as fundamental elements in development in freedom.
h) Share activities and experiences of parents and children through natural upbringing and alternative education.

The tasks of learning and social cohesion, will have a total dedication of 15h/week, will be divided into a total of 2.5h/week, to focus in a theoretical way, aspects of Bioconstruction,

The programmed tasks will be developed in four areas, linked to the objectives by areas:

1) Environment area: the bio-construction work will be linked to the creation of a nursery using the super adobe technique, and to the improvement of the terracing using the dry stone technique. The tasks of arboriculture will be management of the edible forest or orchard, and reforestation in the mountain and in the dry riverbed. Specifically, trees will be sown, transplanted, fertilised, pruned and mulched; slurry will be prepared to prevent and treat pests and diseases, and these natural extract fumigations (phytosanitary) will be applied. Agro-ecological work will be carried out in the care of the garden and animals.

Landscaping, soil and water management, and waste management (composting, recycling...) will also be focused on. In other words, the project will prepare water tanks, diversion channels, infiltration trenches and ditches, improve the irrigation system and channel the waste water from the Lucainena de las Torres treatment plant. Fertilizers such as compost, bokashi, phytostrengthening slurry and biofertilizers will also be created; branches will be crushed to create mulch; and biorolls and terracing will be made to stop erosion on slopes. Secondary resources for construction (wood, bottles, etc.) will be reused and recycled, as well as the use of available natural resources (canes, palm leaves, etc.).

2) Sustainable Life Area: In this area there will be workshops on emotional management, body and consciousness activities (yoga, meditation...) and dynamics of cohesion and celebration, as well as workshops on Conscious Eating and Natural Cosmetics.

3) Communication Area: This will be developed through daily organizational meetings, weekly meetings of residents and coordinators, and volunteer balances with tutors, and if necessary, mediation and/or external facilitation. Connection with other local, national and international organizations. Dissemination activities, spaces to document and manage information internally and externally. Individual and collective tutoring.

4) Learning Area: This area will be developed mainly in the days scheduled for training through study circles, with various talks and workshops, to focus on the theory needed to develop the tasks.
