Resumo: (Community centre, sustainability and active lifestyle)
The hosting organization is the meeting point of our vibrant Lend district. These community center are not just buildings; the organization provide an inclusive space for all residents. Our mission is to create a welcoming and engaging neighborhood. We Offer: Information & Social Counseling; Community Building & Engagement; Sustainability Initiatives; Food Sharing Network; Community Gardens; Active Lifestyle Promotion. As a volunteer, you'll assist in organizing and executing community events that bring our residents closer together.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
open, communicative, proactive and self-organised person, eager to work in team; interested in community work and sustainability; experienced with office suite and social media platforms; some knowledge of pedagogical and social work; motivated to learn German and be able to communicate freely with the people.

Tarefas: You'll be communicating and collaborating with people of different backgrounds and generations. You'll be active in sustainability initiatives, working to reduce food waste through our food sharing network and promoting eco-friendly practices like maintaining our community garden and cycling in the town. You'll be assisting our team in the office, social media and project management.

Condições: The organization will provide the volunteer with a room at a student's dormitory. There is the opportunity either to use a provided bicycle to reach the organization or to use public transportation (ticket provided). The locations are reachable by bus or tram. Food allowance is €270/month, pocket money €180/month.
