Resumo: The Association is an NGO established at the beginning of 2010 that is committed to youth work, active citizenship, promotion of non-formal education and encouraging young people to develop their social and creative potential for a better future for everyone.

Perfil: We are looking for volunteers between 18 and 30 years old, who have a proactive attitude towards democracy and human rights; who are curious to learn more about other ethnicities, nations, traditions and customs.

The perfect participant in our project will believe that Human Rights is a cause, worth fighting for. Any previous voluntary experience is a plus, as well as activism or youth work on a local level.

We are ideally looking for someone outgoing who knows the NGO world and wishes to keep being active in it, who'd also like to visit schools to spread education. Additionally, design, training or IT skills are welcome!

We value result orientated, ambitious youngsters, willing to develop themselves, meet others and gain new skills and knowledge while also embracing change with an open mind.

Tarefas: - Visit schools and give presentations about Human Rights, Anti-discrimination, Stereotypes, and Tolerance
- Create content (articles, videos, posts, animations, quizzes, events, podcasts) for IOA's webpages, video channel, and social media
- Communicate with a lot of Bulgarian youngsters and take part in different educational activities and events
