Resumo: The Youth Association, provides training and mobility opportunities for the young people and operates in local, national and international levels since 2012. We have been working as a focal point of Euroesk to increase the involvement of youth to the programs of European Union Programs as well as the other programs concerning Youth. Since our establishment in 2012, we have been developing partnerships with the youth organisations in EU and neighbouring countries to provide programs for the young people. Since 2014, we started to work with the refugees and providing activities also for the refugees. Our arget group is the young people aged between 18-30 but our focus target group is young people with fewer opportunities such as economical, social and educational and as well the Syrian refugees in the district.

Our aims are ;
- Provide activities for cultural and social development of youth
- Encouraging young people to implement social responsibility projects
- Widening the life perspective of young people with fewer opportunities
- Implementing information events for young people concerning youth programs
- Implementing researches related to refugee issues with the focus of youth and education
- Promoting intercultural dialogue among Turkish and Syrian youth
- Empowering Syrian refugees in local with increasing their access to the social welfare system

Perfil: Age: 18-30

Tarefas: Let‘s create the challenges, which would be the reason to grow up. Refugees, children and youth work are open for the new ideas, are interested in various activities. So we will try to create all situations and opportunities for the most possible variety of their experiences.
The volunteers will gain competences about working with young people with fewer opportunities and meanwhile they will gain knowledge and develop their skills about conflict management and they will experience this activities which will be carried by them. On the other hand, within the project development activities, they will develop new projects and they will implement the projects with the young people with fewer opportunities.
They will also have an opportunity to discuss about the problems which we can face during the implementation of projects and they will gain competences about quality management in this projects.
We aim to achieve the objectives by tapping the power of non-formal education, experiential methods, coaching and learning-by-doing Volunteers will help the staff and work on the associations' activities.
Our local partners will be included to our local activities. We will work with volunteers on cultural field, youth field and the languages for capacity building.

Horário: Working Hours: We are planning approximately 30 hours per week for every volunteer, every day morning will be from 3 hours to 4 hours in a kindergarten to teach English + activities with kids. Also, two days a week, teaching English to Syrians students will also have two more days for Turkish students. The duration of the lesson (will be only two hours). In addition to teaching , there will be two lessons per week, each lesson two hours. Weekly meeting about volunteers and activities

Condições: Accommodation: Volunteers will stay in a room for 2-3 people and will live together with 3-4 different volunteers from different countries. There is bathroom, kitchen, kitchen utilities(pots, plates and etc.), living room, washing machine, hot water and heating ( raditors ).We will provide towels, blankets, pillows and bed linens. Internet connection is at the center (in IT classes) and in the accommodation place (wi-fi). Food: Our organization provides a fix amount for food. Transport arrangements: Volunteers will commute by foot from the accomodation to the our office.

Pocket and Food Allowance: Volunteers will receive 120 Euro pocket money and 60 Euro food money, so in total 180 euros per month.

Travel Budget: Our travel budget for this project is 820 Euros. And they have to keep all the receipts for every expense to have the reimbursement.
