Resumo: The host organization represents around 50 national and international youth music competitions in 26 European countries. We support and promote the prizewinners of these competitions by offering them the opportunity to take part in concerts, meetings, workshops etc all over Europe and beyond. Thus, the European dimension of each competition is ensured and young people are given the opportunity to meet other young Europeans and to engage in intercultural dialogue through music making. The office where the volunteers work is in constant contact with our member competitions, young musicians, other European organizations etc. and organizes concerts, tours, meetings, workshops etc. for these young people. The main target group of our work are musicians between the ages of 12 and 25 from all over Europe (member countries of the EU and beyond) and the world.

Perfil: Age: 18-30
A good level of English language is essential and of course, German is a big plus.

Tarefas: • Support the Project Manager
• Organize international tours
• Coordinate European projects
• Promote the activities on Social Media
• Take part in some European activities
