Resumo: With about 300 children and 40 seniors the house it is a community center for old and young. There is a child day-nursery, kindergarten, pre-school groups, a school, an after school care center, a boarding school and a residence for elderly people. European Volunteers will recorded in the kindergarten. The social concept based on the lebensbezogenen Ansatz, to see live and is domesticated of Christian values. The basic is tolerance and being open to each other, where other denomination and disabled people, get respect, attention and esteem.

The education focus the early social education, in that center the life and development of children is the most important thing. This means, through esteem-related teaching-and education aims the child reaches to the following attitude of the present and future life: cosmopolitans (Earth and World for everyone) nature- and environment consciousness (assess the value of the Nature and Environment and protecting = ecologically education) peaceable (joyfully relationships and to live reconcile together), view of the whole, to live to see in the reality (less use of medias)To see the child integrated all in all is the most important in the ElisabethenHeim Kindergarten, they want to achieve the children, to accompany and to educate them. Those aims are only in consideration of Heart, Head and Hand.

The Heart stands for feeling and to find, the Head for knowledge and thinking and the Hand for action and to act. They offer the children different fields of experiences to open and develop. This happens according to abilities and the stage of development of the child in harmony with the group
