Resumo: The host organization has a mission as; creating a youth society who can think and decide freely, have moral values, willing to strength democracy, have enough competences and skills in life and labour market.
Its vision to purchase this mission is
-To organise cultural, art and sport activities which fits the needs and expectation of young people during their leisure time.
-To set up the environment where they can have physical and mental development and protect from negative habits.
-To carry out course programmes, seminars and entrepreneurship trainings to help their education and employment
-To have the young people adopt with their peer group by having respect, tolerance and politeness among them
-To make youth consider the family values
-To help the peace and unity in the country we help young people recognize and respect diversities.
-To reinforce young people and integrate them to decision making.
-To make ITC easily available and useful for youth.
-to assist social inclusion of youth with fewer opportunities and migrant background, provide equal opportunities in youth works and sport activities,
-To get young people understand and strength the democracy and active citizenship
Get the young people's attention and free willing to help for stopping the intolerance and violence
both in sport and their lives.

Perfil: We are looking for volunteers who are ready to travel to Gaziantep city in Turkey to help us in our voluntary Works in field of disadvantaged youth and children education, socialization and development. Right now, there are thousands of Syrian and Local kids teenagers and youth around who need a lot of assistance in these fields. Your hands will empower us and we will reach more kids and organise more events to provide them learning and developing opportunities. If you are between 18-30 years old and motivated to join our family, you are welcome. We are not looking for experts or professionals, your graduation, department, language level is not a barrier for us to join. But your interest, motivation and smiling face, readiness to be in a big international team are very important for us.

- Visiting and assisting schools where refugees are educated
- Visiting refugee camps and helping kids’ education
- Painting, art workshops
- Youth Information activities
- Music workshops
- Games & sports
- Traditional folk-dance workshops
- Reading, Conversation and Debate activities
